Official Press Release

iTalent Digital wins Silver Stevie® Award for its first-in-kind MyiTalent enterprise mobile app.

21 November 2017, San Jose, Calif – iTalent Digital has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Best New Product or Service of the Year category in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories. iTalent Digital won in the Best New Product or Service category for Business Services, for its innovative MyiTalent enterprise mobile app.

The first-in-kind MyiTalent digitizes and reimagines the management of contingent workers, which can comprise as much as 50% of large companies’ workforce. It also automates the consultant-client relationship management process. The solution, which incorporates artificial intelligence to “learn” hiring managers’ preferences and “predict” a candidate’s cultural fit, has increased its recruiters’ productivity by 25%.

MyiTalent’s international development team was led by iTalent Digital CEO & Founder Renée La Londe, based in San Jose; CTO Raju Kotha, based in Hyderabad, India; and Brion Lau, co-founder of MojoRank, a Silicon Valley software development company spun off by iTalent earlier this year.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are the world’s top honors for female entrepreneurs, executives, employees and the organizations they run. All individuals and organizations worldwide are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. The 2017 awards received entries from 25 nations and territories.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners last Friday night during a dinner event attended by more than 500 people at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The event was broadcast via Livestream.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 170 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process.

“The judges were so impressed with the accomplishments of all of the Stevie Award-winning women and organizations. The 2017 Stevie Awards for Women in Business received a record number of nominations and had a record number of ceremony attendees,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards. “We congratulate all of this year’s Grand, Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners for their achievements.”
